Refunds:
Each order is custom made and due to the customized nature of all our products we produce at Decor India Carpets, we cannot offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavour to make sure you are happy with the final product.
All products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless you have received the wrong product, incorrect size, or your product was defected or damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
Any refund of the purchase amount will only be at the discretion of Decor India Carpets.
Exchange:
- Only size exchange is available.
- Only for limited pin codes.
- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- The shipping costs for returning the product to us will be covered by us if the product is less than 1 kg in weight.
- The shipping costs for returning the product has to be covered by the consumer if the product is heavier than 1 kg in weight.
- Decor India Carpets will levy an appropriate collection charge depending upon the items purchased and the customers location which will be duly conveyed before collection.
- If it is found by Decor Carpets India that the returned items are not in good condition, then The Rug Republic reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement.
There are two ways to return the product to us:
Pick up: In most locations, we offer chargeable pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: If we do not offer a pick-up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. In such cases.
